Shipping and Delivery Policy
Free Shipping is offered for any order 25 dollars or more within the continental US. All products within the continental US are shipped via USPS First Class with a flat rate of $5.00. Expedited 2-3-day USPS Priority shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.00. We offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska at an additional charge. Shipping costs will be based upon your area of delivery and will be assessed prior to taxation. We do not ship internationally.
We reserve the right to use additional carriers and change our shipping terms at any time and without prior notice.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM Mountain Time. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed on Holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping.
Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Returns and Exchanges will be allowed for unopened and unused products purchased through www.crappysfeelbetter.com within 30 days of original purchase date. Refunds will be issued for original purchase price, less the original shipping costs. Proof of purchase, including order number, customer name and date purchased will be required for returns and exchanges.

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to be quick and efficient. We will begin processing your order immediately after you Submit Order on our site. Once the order is submitted by clicking the Submit Order button, your order cannot be cancelled or modified electronically.
